Is the cartorapher illegal or not supported by blizzard ??
Is there a possibility to get banned?

    Not illegal but if you have any issues with gameplay and open a ticket they will generally point the finger at any addons you have enabled instead of their own buggy code.

    No. It does not modify the game by giving you additional powers, etc.
